Login by going to spraye.io and clicking the “Login” link at the top right which will allow you to login as an admin or technician.


Company Settings 

Spraye offers a full-service onboarding process for you and your team. We will ensure you are comfortable using our software by the time you get started. Before the onboarding process begins, our Spraye Support Team will configure your basic company and site-wide settings. You can access/edit these settings by following the link, or you can navigate to the page by hovering over your profile image in the top right of your screen while signed into Spraye and clicking on the Settings menu option: https://dashboard.spraye.io/admin/setting


 

Adding Customers & Properties

The Customer screen is where you will manage all of your customers. You can add single customers manually or bulk upload many customers at once using a spreadsheet. By clicking a customer’s name, you can see their profile, services, and invoices. For more info, see: How to Add a New Customer 


On the Properties screen, you can edit existing properties or add new properties.  All properties must be associated with a customer.  You can add single properties manually or bulk upload many at once. The Map on the properties screen allows you to see all properties on a map and create service areas using the polygon tool. For more info, see: Service Areas



Adding Products

This is where you will add all of your chemicals, application rates and regulatory information. Products will be added to services. For more info, see: How to Add a New Product

 


Create Your Services

A service is basically a single visit to a customer’s property. It can consist of single or multiple products to be applied. A service will be a part of a program, unless it is a "Standalone Service". Multiple services may be added to a program in the event that you sell multiple application packages. Services may also be assigned to different programs depending on need. For more info, see: Adding a New Service


Note Your onboarding specialist will help you set up your main services and programs during your Interactive Training call. 



Build Programs & Assign to Properties

Programs consist of a collection of services. Essentially it is anything you sell to a customer as a package. Programs are designed to help you efficiently and effectively manage customers who have signed up for a multi-step spraying service. For more info, see: Creating a Program



Manage Users

This is where you will add, edit and remove users to your account. You can add admin users (who can use the scheduling and back end of the system) or technicians (who will only see their route and schedule for the day, also known as the  technician view). For more info, see: How to Manage Users

 


Complete Your Profile

You can access your own personal user profile by hovering over your profile image in the top, right-hand corner of your screen and clicking Profile


You will need to make sure all fields are completed on your profile screen including your Applicator Number for it to show on reports (if you are also a Technician). This is also where you can change information such as your email and password. 


Note The email address and password on your profile are the ones you will use to log into your Spraye account.
