Creating a Route

  1. From your Dashboard, click + Assign Service next to Scheduled Services.
  2. This will bring you to the list of services that need to be assigned. From here, you can see the priority level, service name, customer name, property name and address, property type, service area, and program. 
  3. You can select multiple services at once and bulk assign those services to one technician by clicking Assign Technician.
  4. From here, you can select which technician you want to assign those services to and for which day you would like to do it. This allows you to schedule however far in advance that works for you and your business.
  5. Then choose "Create New Route" and enter a name for the route. Click Save.


Editing an Existing Route

  1. From your Dashboard, click + Assign Service next to Scheduled Services.
  2. Next, click Manage Scheduled Services.
  3. This will allow you to see which routes you already have scheduled. You can switch between Calendar View and Table View by clicking the toggle button on the right side of the screen.
  4. In Table View, you can see which services are already assigned to your technicians. From here, you can edit an individual service or bulk edit multiple at one time. For example, if one of your technicians called in sick and you already had their day scheduled, you can select all services that are assigned to him and reassign to a different technician. 
  5. Select all the services you need to edit, then click Edit at the top of the table.


Tip If you're experiencing any trouble while printing route sheets or routing your technicians, double check that the property addresses being used are validated by Google Maps.
