When your prospects have Sales Visits assigned to them, you will need to assign these visits to a sales person. You will do this in almost exactly the same way you route technicians from the Unassigned Services screen.
Here's a quick step-by-step for how Sales Visits work:
- Go to the "Unassigned Services" screen to schedule your Sales Visits.
- Filter the services by "Sales Visit"
- If you need to assign multiple sales reps per day, then you will want to split them up using service areas or town names -- whatever is easiest for you.
- When your sales rep logs in, they will log in to the "Technician" dashboard here: dashboard.spraye.io/technician/auth
- From here, they will be able to see all of the sales visits assigned to them for the day.
- They will click into each sales visit to complete the visit
- Add property info
- Create an estimate
- Send an estimate
- Set up autopay
- When the stop is finished, the sales rep will complete the stop and leave any notes necessary.
- The estimate process will be handled from here out from the admin screen.
Technicians can generate an estimate directly from the Technician login for Standalone Sales Visit services.
How it works:
- Pre-Schedule the Visit: From the admin screen, schedule a Sales Visit service for the customer and assign it to the technician.
- Technician Access: The technician opens the scheduled Sales Visit job on their mobile app once they arrive at the property.
- Build the Estimate: Within that specific active service screen, an option will show to Create Estimate.
- Send to Customer: Once finalized, the technician can send the estimate directly to the customer's email or text right immediately or save the estimate as a draft to send later.

Limitations to Keep in Mind
If your technicians are trying to create an estimate in the field and are getting stuck, it is usually due to one of the following issues:
- No Brand New Customers: Technicians cannot create a brand-new customer profile from the Technician login to give them an estimate. The customer’s property, name, and contact details must be entered into the system by the office staff beforehand.
- Must be a Standalone Sales Visit Service: A technician cannot randomly generate an estimate while working on a standard lawn application or pest control service. The system requires a dedicated Sales Visit job type to trigger the option to create an estimate.
- Admin-Only Screen: Standalone estimates (not tied to a specific sales appointment) must be created, edited, and sent from the main Admin Screen by an office user.
Pro-Tip for Office Staff
If a customer calls asking for an on-site quote, don't just put a note on a technician's schedule. Make sure to choose your specific "Sales Visit" service item when booking it. This allow the Technician to create an estimate directly from the Technician view.
