The Sales Pipeline Summary Report and the Sales Pipeline Detail Report are real-time overviews of estimates that have been sent but have not been accepted or declined.


Here is how it works. When you are on the admin dashboard, click the Reports tab on the left of the screen. Next, click Sales. Find and click on the "Sales Pipeline Summary Report" or "Sales Pipeline Detail Report" menu item.


Sales Pipeline Summary Report

Opening the "Sales Pipeline Summary" report by default will show you how many open estimates each sales rep currently has. It will also show a breakdown of the total dollar amount of those estimates and how many of those estimates are for new customers compared to existing customers.



Sales Pipeline Detail Report

Opening the "Sales Pipeline Detail" report by default will show you each estimate that has been sent but is not marked accepted or declined. You can search by Customer, Program, or Sales Rep.
