This report shows you the details of how many cancels you have had in a given timeframe. You can also choose to see this data broken down by technician or sales rep.
The report shows the following data points:
- Total Canceled Properties
- Total Canceled Services
- Total Canceled Revenue
- New Customer Cancelled Properties (Added as a customer within the last 12 months)
- New Customer Cancelled Services (Only includes revenue lost if customer signed up in the last 12 months)
- Total Sales
- Total Sales Revenue
