In order to make scheduling easier and more efficient, we have a feature that allows you to set an ideal scheduling window for how many days you'd like to have between services within a specific program. On the Unassigned Services screen, you can display which jobs are "Due", "Overdue", or "Not Due" based on the scheduling window you set for that program. The window allows for 5 days on either side of the number you provide. For example: If you enter 30 days for the ideal number of days between scheduling, this means service is due every 30 days. The scheduling window would be 25-35 days after the last program service date (the system takes into account 5 days on either side).

How to Setup a Scheduling Window for a Program

  1. Navigate to the Programs screen here: https://dashboard.spraye.io/admin/programList (or select "Programs" from the main menu on the left-hand side of the screen).  Then select an existing program from the list or create a new one.

  2. You will see a field on the "Program" screen called "Days Between Services". In this field, simply enter the number of days you would like between services. Keep in mind that the window is plus or minus 5 days on either side of the number you enter in this box.

  3. Click Submit to save.

IMPORTANT NOTE The default scheduling window for all programs (unless you change it) is 30 days.

How To Use This Feature For Scheduling & Routing

  1. Navigate to the Unassigned Services screen here: https://dashboard.spraye.io/admin/assignJobs (or select "Unassigned Services" from the main menu under Scheduling)
  2. You will notice a column on the available work table called "Service Due" which tells you if that service is Due, Overdue, or Not Due.
    1. If today is before the start of the service due window, the service will be labeled "Not Due" on the "Unassigned Services" Tab.

    2. If today is inside the window, the service will be labeled "Due".

    3. If today is after the window, it should be labeled "Overdue"

  3. You can sort the table based on this status by clicking on the "Service Due" header and sort to group them all together by status.

  4. You can also use a filter to filter the table by this status along with other filters you want to use simultaneously (such as Service Area, Service Name, etc).  Simply click the drop-down filter in the Filters area to select Due, Not Due or Overdue.
