If you would like to receive an email notification each time your customer's card is declined, please follow the steps below. Please note these instructions are specific to those using Fiserv for credit card processing.

  1. Log into your CardPointe account: https://cardpointe.com/account/
  2. Click on the “Administration” tab at the top 
  3. Click “Users” and select your user from the list
  4. Click on the tab for “Email Notifications” and this is where you can select which notifications you want to receive by email including the declined transactions
