If you find yourself needing to change recorded information about a completed service that appears on the Completed Service Log, you can do that by clicking on the "Adjust Completed Services" button at the top of the Completed Service Log page.



From the Adjust Completed Services page, you can then filter or search for the service(s) you want to edit. When you find the right service(s) you can edit them individually by clicking on the "Action" buttons on the right of the page as seen below:



Clicking on the "Pencil" icon will allow you to edit the following information for a single service:

  • Technician
  • Start Time
  • End Time
  • Completion Date
  • Wind Speed
  • Wind Direction
  • Temperature
  • Yard Square Feet
  • Products used & amounts/rates


Clicking on the "Arrow" icon will re-open the job or mark it incomplete (Please note: this does not delete any created invoices for this service.)


How to Make Bulk Edits to Completed Services


You can also make bulk edits to completed services by choosing multiple services and clicking one of the 3 bulk actions at the top of the page as seen below:



The "Edit Technician" button will allow you to change the technician who completed the job for all selected services.


The "Edit Date" button will allow you to change the date of completion for all selected services.


The "Bulk Reopen" button will mark each of the selected services as incomplete and will be ready to be scheduled again (Please note: this does not delete any created invoices for this service.)
