When customers view and accept an interactive estimate, any optional add-ons they decline (such as seasonal aeration and overseeding) are automatically omitted from the finalized estimate view.
If you want to re-quote these customers and need to check the original pricing you offered, you can access the full itemized details by opening the estimate editor.
Viewing Original Quotes for Declined Optional Services
Follow these steps to view the original pricing and services on a previously sent interactive estimate:
- Locate and open the original interactive estimate.
- Click directly on the Estimate Number (as if you are going to edit the estimate).
- Navigate page by page through the estimate editor to view all original options, including the pricing for declined optional services.
- Once you have recorded the needed pricing, simply exit or navigate away from the editor.
Important: Do not click Save as Draft or Send, as you are accessing the editor strictly to review the original proposal details.
