Priority

Enter the priority of the service you’re searching for and Spraye will show you only the properties that have this priority assigned within a program. You must “type” the priority you're searching for into this field as this is not a drop down.

Property Type

Enter the property type you’re searching for and Spraye will only show properties of this type. Possible options are Commercial or Residential. You must “type” Commercial or Residential into this field as this is not a drop down.

Service Name

Enter the service name you’re searching for and Spraye will only show the properties with that service assigned. You must “type” the service name into this field as this is not a drop down.

Service Area

Select the service area in the drop menu and Spraye will show you all of the properties in that particular service area. This filter pertains to the service areas defined in the main settings page of your account. You can select multiple options in the drop down or choose "Select All" to select all options.

Show Only ASAP?

Select Yes or No and Spraye will show only the properties that have been marked as ASAP or not. Services marked as ASAP are services that you want to have completed before other services in a program. 

Program(s)

Select the program(s) in the drop menu and Spraye will only show all of the properties with those specific program(s) assigned. You can select multiple options in the drop down or choose "Select All" to select all options.

Invoice Due

Select Past Due or Not Due and Spraye will only show the properties that currently have invoices that are past due or the properties with invoices that are not yet due. 

Notify

Select the notify type from the list and Spraye will only show the customers with this type of Pre-Service Notification. 

Tags

Select any tag from the list and Spraye will only show the properties that have that specific tag applied. 

Due

Select if a service is Due, Overdue or Not Due in the drop down and Spraye will only show the properties that have services that are Due, Overdue or that are not yet Due for service. You can select multiple options in the drop down or choose "Select All" to select all options.

Filter Services

Select the service(s) in the drop down and Spraye will only show properties that have that particular service assigned. You can select multiple options in the drop down or choose "Select All" to select all options.

Filter Properties by Outstanding Services (require all)

Select the service(s) in the drop down and Spraye will show only the properties that have all of the chosen services outstanding in your account. You can select multiple options in the drop down or choose "Select All" to select all options.

Filter Properties Without Outstanding Services (require all)

Select the service(s) in the drop down and Spraye will show only the properties that don’t have all of the chosen services outstanding in your account. You can select multiple options in the drop down or choose "Select All" to select all options.

Available Days

Select the available days in the drop down and Spraye will show only the properties that are available for service on those particular days. The days that a property are available for service can be managed on the property profile. You can select multiple options in the drop down or choose "Select All" to select all options.

# of days since last service

Enter a date range for the days since you last serviced a property for any service. Any properties that have not been serviced in this date range will not show on the list of filtered services.

# of days since last program service

Enter a date range for days since you last serviced a property for a service in the same program. Any properties that have not been serviced for this program, in this date range, will not show on the list of filtered services.

Hide On Hold Services?

By default services that are on hold will show up when searching for unassigned services. With this option enabled any services that are on hold will be hidden from view.
