How the Filters Work

Click Filters on the Unscheduled Services table (or use the Filter Criteria panel on the left of the Map View), choose your filters, then click Update. The list only changes when you click Update. You can save the current filters with Save Filter as Template and load them later from Filter Templates; loading a template fills in the filters, and the list updates when you click Update. Clear All Filters resets everything.

Note: Priority and Service Name are no longer filters. Priority still shows as a column in the table, and you can sort by it. To narrow by service, use Filter Services.

Property Type

Select Residential, Commercial, or both.

Service Area

Select one or more service areas (defined in your settings). You can choose "Select All".

Show Only ASAP?

Yes shows only services marked ASAP. No (the default) doesn't filter, so ASAP services still show along with everything else.

Program(s)

Select one or more programs to show only properties with those programs assigned.

Invoice Due

Leave it on None selected for no filter, or choose Past Due or Not Due to show only properties whose invoices are past due or not yet due.

Hide On Hold Services?

Services on hold show by default. Turn this on to hide them.

# of days since last service

Enter a From/To range of days since the property was last serviced for any service. A property that already has a service waiting on Scheduled Routes counts as 0 days.

# of days since last service type

The same, but only counting services of the same service type.

# of days since last program service

The same, but only counting services in the same program.

Highlight Promised Date(s) and Promised date(s) range

Turn on Highlight Promised Date(s) and pick a date range to highlight services with a promised date in that range. Services with no promised date still show as usual; services with a promised date outside the range are hidden. The range is empty until you pick one.

Notify

Leave it on -- NOTIFY for no filter, or choose CALL AHEAD, TEXT ETA or PRE-NOTIFIED to show only customers with that pre-service notification.

Tags

Select one or more tags to show properties that have any of them.

Require All Tags

Turn this on to show only properties that have all of the selected tags.

Excludes Tags

Hides properties that have any of the selected tags.

Due

Choose Due, Overdue and/or Not Due. Due status is based on the ideal days between services in the program. A property that already has a service waiting on Scheduled Routes counts as 0 days since its last service, so it shows as Not Due.

Filter Services

Choose the service(s) you want to schedule.

Properties WITH Outstanding Services

Shows only properties that currently have the selected service(s) outstanding. If you select several, the property must have all of them outstanding. This filters the list of properties; it doesn't limit which services are shown or scheduled.

Properties WITHOUT Outstanding Services

Shows only properties that do not currently have the selected service(s) outstanding. If you select several, the property must be missing all of them. This filters the list of properties; it doesn't limit which services are shown or scheduled.

Available Days

Shows only properties that are available on all of the chosen days. Available days are set on each property. A property with every day available shows for any day.

Show New Customers regardless of days since service?

On by default. Properties with newly assigned programs or services show even if they don't match the "# of days since" filters.
